Boat ride in Baía Todos os Santos (All Saints’ Bay) (full-day excursion)

Embark on a scenic boat trip in the bay of Baía Todos os Santos and see the beautiful beaches of the islands of Frades and Itaparica.

You will be picked up from your hotel and driven down to the port where you board a beautiful wooden schooner. After a boat trip of around an hour and a half, you arrive at the island of Frades. Here, you can choose to explore the beautiful nature, visit the church of Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe or just spend the time relaxing on the beach or swimming in the crystal-clear waters.

The tour continues to the island of Itaparica, landing at Ponta de Areia, which is the northern tip of the island. Look forward to a typical Brazilian lunch at a local restaurant serving a wide selection of local dishes.

After lunch, you can either relax on the beautiful beach and enjoy the island’s peaceful atmosphere from a hammock or purchase (done locally) an extra tour to Itaparica’s historic centre to learn more about the island.

You will then return to Salvador, where you will be picked up at the port and driven to your hotel.
