Guided tour of Cartagena (afternoon)

Cartagena is without doubt one of the most beautiful cities in South America.

The tour begins with a visit to the La Popa Monastery, which is scenically set on a hilltop a little outside the city. From here, you have a panoramic view of Cartagena.

You then visit the impressive Castillo San Felipe de Barajas fort, built to protect the city from attacks by pirates.

The tour winds up in the historic district, where your guide takes you past the most important parks and churches and tells you all about the city’s exciting history and beautiful architecture.
